On the one hand the price consists of my hourly rate and on the other hand the cost of the tools that we use.

Local SEO helps you get better found on Google for a local search. Customers will only visit your website if you are easy to find.

If you have several business locations or branches, you can also operate local search engine optimization. Each location is optimized individually.

Local SEO is only suitable for businesses that have a location and have local customers. If you have customers throughout USA, you need “general” search engine optimization.

What equipment do you use to shoot aerial photography & video

Birds Eye Media use the latest RPA drone equipment and are proud to use only DJI Drones and accessories. Our fleet currently consist of 3 Drones and including the Inspire 2 with cinema grade cameras which can be requested. We can shoot from 1080p to 4k video in any location in Cincinnati , Kentucky , Indianapolis and we are also happy to travel further for selected projects. With our drone still photography we can shoot aerial photography at 24.4 megapixels, and higher on request. We can also live stream footage from our drone via STI, HDMI or YouTube, to deliver full HD quality video for your next event or TV event.

How do you ensure the safe operation of your drones?

All our pilots have a certification that was issued by the Federal Aviation Administration FAA we operate under our own REOC. This is a special licence that allows a business to legally conduct drone operations. Prior to each flight, we check the location of where you would like to shoot and clarify if it is in a controlled or un-controlled air space. We check VTC maps & aviation maps to see if possible, to legally conduct flights We check weather on airport and various other information portals Before every flight we get in contact with property owners and obtain written consent Our pilots conduct a pre and post drone checks Complete safe work method statements We perform a job safety analysis Log all flights As Cincinnati most reliable certified drone operators, our procedures towards safety enable us to carry out our drone filming effectively across many different sectors with little friction.

How long can you fly

The maximum flight time on a single battery in normal conditions is up-to 30 minutes. On average we fly up to 22 minutes before landing and changing the battery. We carry spare pre-charged batteries on each shoot. It only takes a few minutes to change the battery and get back in air. So we are able to fly all day with very little disruption.

What about flying in wind and rain

We do not fly in high winds and rain. We can fly in winds gusting up to 22mph. Our advanced camera gimbal system gives very smooth shots in winds of up to about 15 mph. Our drones are capable of flying in light rain but rainwater on the camera lenses can spoil any shots.

Are Drone pilots approved by the FAA?

Yes – All of our drone pilots are very experienced and have passed the FAA-approved exams and flight assessments. They all hold the established industry Remote Pilot Qualification (14 CFR Part 107) for multi-rotor aircraft under .55lbs Also they hold the A2 Certificate of Competency and GVC that became active in January 2021

How high can your drones UAV’s fly

Under FAA regulations we are allowed to fly from ground level up to a maximum altitude of 400ft. The airspace for manned aircraft is over 500ft so this leaves a separation zone of 100 feet.

How much input do I have in the website design process?

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this website design and development process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality. We also request you to provide sample websites before we begin your project. Remember this is your website and we need your help and direction as to your final vision. We’re a team and look forward to hearing your ideas.

How long will it take to complete my website?

Our standard timeline is 3-6 weeks to complete a website but this depends on the project since the size and pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback, how soon the content is provided – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.

I can just maintain the site myself after launch, will you show me how?

I can, but creating walk-throughs that help you to maintain the site yourself take a lot of time. That will cost the same as the first two months of a care plan. Also, there are some gotchas that can mess up your website if you’re not extremely careful. I can only provide a general overview of the main maintenance tasks. I can’t make you a web developer. I will only be able to cover the basics in any documentation I provide. Almost every client I’ve had, that didn’t sign up for a care plan and left to maintain the site themselves, has been hacked at some point. Most often it’s because they didn’t keep up with running WordPress and Plugin updates on a regular basis or they used insecure passwords or shared their passwords. Maintaining a website yourself is risky and difficult. You probably don’t need that stress in your life. Take a minute to check out the package I offer, and see what’s included and then, if you still want to maintain the site yourself, let’s chat.

I have a business and i need a website started ASAP. How fast can you put a site together?

I recommend putting the brakes on. Website creation requires care, planning and thought. If you have a business and you need a website ASAP , consider creating a simple “coming soon” splash page with a newsletter sign up form. That way, you can collect leads generated from the marketing opportunity while also taking the time and care required to build a fantastic solution that helps your business thrive. You will need the following things before we get started: 1.  A Registered Domain Name 2. Hosting Account ( Also SSL Certificate if you plan to have a store) 3. Payment Gateway (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) if you plan to have a store 4. Logo, images, color ideas and text to put on the site 5. A  50% deposit paid If you have all, some, or none of the content and accounts above it’s OK.  I can guide you through the bits only you can do, and for the rest, I will do it for you.

We { I } just need a simple website, how much will it cost?

Websites are not simple to create. They can be simple to navigate, or simple to understand. But creating a website comes with a weighty load of considerations. Even a one-page website can have a host of complications. There are hundreds of combinations of modes of browsing, browsers, screen sizes, screen types and operating systems. They all need to be accounted for and tested. There is no simple way to accomplish that. Also, some things that seem simple to create, might actually be really complicated. And some things that seem complicated, may turn out to be simple. First, let go of your expectations. Next, consider your budget and your needs. Then, contact me to discuss these considerations. We can work together to arrive at a solution that works within your budget and meets your needs. But regardless, the solution will not be simple and that’s okay. If it fits within your budget and meets your needs, what else about the investment really matters? Read more about website development costs here

Do you offer website hosting, yourself?

I do not offer website hosting for two main reasons:
  1. If your website is hosted by a third party, and if anything ever happens to me, you will still have access to all of your website files and databases.
  2. Website development involves an extensive amount of skill and knowledge in a field that is always changing. Website hosting also involves a different extensive set of skills and knowledge in a different field that’s also always changing. It makes the most sense (and is far less exhausting for me) to let others be experts in hosting. Then I can focus my energy on keeping my development and design skills current and well tuned.
What I can do, is recommend some excellent website hosting options that offer fantastic performance, high security and excellent support.

The SEO on my site is fine. How much will a site cost to update, without changing the SEO?

SEO never ever simply remains fine and steady. The method that search engines use to rank sites is a process that changes. So, if you have a website that you’ve set up and left alone, the search engine ranking will have already changed, on its own. Making changes to your website will affect the SEO. Any new blog posts or basic content updates will affect the ranking. Not making any changes will affect ranking. Changes to performance will affect ranking. Changing the SEO is not something that is avoidable. Ranking sites involves arranging sites in order of which are most relevant to the search. Since new sites are being created all the time, that can also affect the overall ranking. In order to know what exactly SEO is even doing, it needs regular monitoring. If you’re already regularly monitoring and adjusting your SEO to account for the changes mentioned above, then the SEO is changing anyway. SEO can be a great marketing tool but it’s also helpful in understanding how visitors are interacting and responding to your content and messaging. It always important to keep under consideration while building a website. If you are tempted to ask a developer this question, it makes me wonder why? If you are asking to omit SEO, hoping to save some money on website development, that may not be the best way to do that. Instead, talk to your developer about you budget limits and your business needs. You can work together to create a complete solution that works within your limits. If you’re concerned about increased traffic, that’s really a separate concern that isn’t controlled by SEO alone. We should discuss it and sort out what barriers are stopping you from positive growth.
